RESPECT IN SPORT - Parents Please Note
In the Respect in Sport (Parents) on-line program there is a portion of the course under profile called "Child Management". Add all the children that you are registering in hockey. This is to ensure that the course certification number gets attached to their profile in the system.

PROBLEM SOLVING???
BHA has a problem solving protocol that is mandated in our standing procedure #106. It is important that this process be followed to resolve any team issues throughout the season. If any step is missed you will be asked to go back and "follow the process", please.
PROBLEM SOLVING PROCESS:
In this order...Parents take problems to;
(1) Parent Representative (who is voted in by Team parents),
(2) Team Manager,
(3) Coach,
(4) Age Division Coordinator
(5) Vice-President,
(6) President.
