EQUIPMENT RETURNS
Please contact the Equipment Director for an appointment to return your team's equipment.
Please ensure that jerseys are washed and hung on hangers and in numerical order please.
Equipment will not be accepted at the BHA office without an appointment.
Team deposits will be returned by cheque in the mail once the equipment has been inspected and damage costs are deducted.

The Acadia Recreation Centre will be closing the hockey rink for major renovations beginning March 1, 2012.
A new concrete floor is being installed along with new boards, benches and glass. It is expected to take about 6 months to complete...just in time for the start of the 2012-2013 hockey season.

PROBLEM SOLVING???
BHA has a problem solving protocol that is mandated in our standing procedure #106. It is important that this process be followed to resolve any team issues throughout the season. If any step is missed you will be asked to go back and "follow the process", please.
PROBLEM SOLVING PROCESS:
In this order...Parents take problems to;
(1) Parent Representative (who is voted in by Team parents),
(2) Team Manager,
(3) Coach,
(4) Age Division Coordinator
(5) Vice-President,
(6) President.
