| PROBLEM SOLVING??? |

BHA has a problem solving protocol that is mandated in our standing procedure #106. It is important that this process be followed to resolve any team issues throughout the season. If any step is missed you will be asked to go back and "follow the process", please.
PROBLEM SOLVING PROCESS:
In this order...Parents take problems to;
(1) Parent Representative (who is voted in by Team parents),
(2) Team Manager,
(3) Coach,
(4) Category Director,
(5) Vice-President,
(6) President.

BHA has implemented a volunteer screening policy for all coaches and assistant coaches beginning in the 2007-2008 hockey season.
